Although summer shows up only once a year, the joy of swimming doesn’t have to. As the majority of public pools in Tucson close their facilities to cooler temperatures, a few heated pools will remain open during the winter season. The winter schedule for these pools is effective Nov 9-April 1 while the winter fees for all the pools will be $1.50 for adults (18+) and $0.25 for kids.
Adaptive Recreation Center
3455 E. Zoo Court (in Reid Park across from the zoo), 791-5643
Adult Lap: M-F 7-9am,11:30am-7pm and Sat. Noon-4pm
Recreational Swim: M-F 11:30am-7pm, Sat. Noon-4pm
Features: outdoor covered pool, beach entry, play features, walking channel, heated deck, indoor therapy pool.
Catalina Pool
2005 N. Dodge Blvd. (on Catalina High School campus), 791-4245
Adult Lap: M-F 11:30am-2:30pm, 5-7pm and Sat.-Sun. Noon-4pm
Recreational Swim: Sat.-Sun. Noon-4pm
Features: Diving board, shade structure, grassy area, children play area nearby.
Sunnyside Pool
1725 E. Bilby Road (across from Sunnyside High School), 791-5167
Adult Lap: M-F 11:30am-1:30pm, 5-7pm and Sat.-Sun. Noon-4pm
Recreational Swim: M-F 11:30am-1:30pm, 5-7pm and Sat.-Sun. Noon-4pm
Features: Diving board, ramada located next to the pool
Clements Pool

Adult Lap: M-F 6-8am, 10am-7pm and Sat.-Sun. Noon-4pm
Recreational Swim: M-F 10am-7pm and Sat.-Sun. Noon-4pm
