The City of Tucson operates and maintains 6 different off-leash dog areas for owners to bring their pets to socialize and roam freely.
What to expect: At off-leash dog areas owners will find a fenced in public area that will allow for their pet to run freely and socialize with other dogs. Depending on the location owners will find sections for large and small dogs. In addition, some locations also include dog training areas. Amenities differ by location, but all are free of charge.
Important: all owners are expected to follow posted regulations at each site and maintain control of their pet at all times.
