T’ai Chi (Age 50+):T'ai Chi movements for balance improvement, strength building and flexibility and at the same time, help you relax. No experience needed, no complicated movements, no confusing postures, no special equipment required. (Nonrefundable $5 supply cost included.)

Hatha Yoga:
A combination of slow to moderate paced physical postures, breathing and meditation exercises. Yoga has been shown to reduce stress, improve flexibility and increase range of movement while reducing aches and pains. It helps heighten self awareness, improve concentration, coordination and memory, while encouraging relaxation for a peaceful mind. Must bring your own mat to class. Pilates

T’ai Chi Chih
(Age 14+):T'ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation for all ages. Twenty easy to learn movements help to promote energy, weight loss as well as stress removal. Studies show that it also aids in balancing mental, physical, spiritual and emotional levels. (Nonrefundable $5 supply cost included.)

T’ai Chi Chaun
(Age 17+):This ancient Chinese defense exercise emphasizes body and mind in balance with each other, coordination and sensitivity. Total Body Conditioning
(Age 17+):Workout to improve muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Use of hand weights, dyna bands, weighted bars and balance balls. (Nonrefundable $5 supply cost included.)
