Twice a year, Fourth Avenue erupts in a weekend fit of face painting, street juggling and arts and crafts from over 400 vendors.  The street is blocked off between Ninth Street and University Boulevard for all-ages fun.  The fair is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on all three days and admission is free.
