Douglas Nielsen, a resident choreographer and dance professor at the University of Arizona, has put together a contemporary art collection spanning the last 40 years to be shown at the Tucson Museum of Art, 140 N. Main Ave. “Thanks for Being With Us” welcomes the public to experience works by Annie Leibovitz and other popular photographers and artists.  The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.  Admission is $8.  Call 624-2333 or visit www.tucsonmuseumofart.org for more details.
